Spring break mental health and belonging resources and support

There will be a flurry of activity in schools following spring break, from standardized tests and championship matches to concerts, graduation festivities and more. This can be a wonderful yet overwhelming time for students and adults alike. As we enter this busy season, please take time to rest, recharge, and check in with one another over the break March 11-15.

Mental Health and Belonging is one of PSD’s district priorities. Before we pause for a week away from school-based mental health resources, it’s important to know where to find support away from school. Here is a list of providers and some upcoming activities and spaces of belonging available to youth over the break.
