Spring Break Building Access

All administrative buildings, including the Johannsen Support Services Center, and all schools will be closed to the public during spring break, March 17-21. School and administrative buildings will be locked during this time. All staff, except paraprofessionals and substitutes, will have access to buildings on these days using their PSD badge.

Athletic practices of CHSAA-sanctioned activities may occur and Operations support staff will be available.

Staff who work in administrative buildings will continue working March 17-21 unless they are taking time off. On these days, the front desks at administrative buildings will not be staffed. If you have an appointment with someone who works in one of the buildings on the JSSC complex or another PSD administrative building on these dates, please contact that individual directly. 

New Support Platform Launches April 1

We will replace our current ticketing system, Support Center Online, with the Employee Service Center, a new centralized district platform, on Tuesday, April 1. It will also replace SchoolDude for facility and trades work orders. 

This change simplifies how employees report technical issues and request support. With the Employee Service Center, you¡¯ll experience improved communication, faster response times, and an intuitive user interface for many support needs.

Over time, we will move other district support functions to the platform as we work to consolidate products, create districtwide consistency, increase visibility/transparency, and streamline services. We¡¯ll provide regular updates between now and April 1.
 

PSD Celebrates is Coming Up!

PSD Celebrates will be held 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. on Monday, April 28, at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins. Everyone is welcome to join in the celebration - no RSVP required.

PSD Strategic Plan

Internal employees/applicants are those currently employed in PSD as a classified, licensed, professional, or administrative employee with scheduled/assigned hours and/or a current contract. Varied hour, seasonal, coaches, and substitutes are not considered internal applicants.
