51风流 offers a variety of programs for employees to not only help them grow professionally, but to enhance their education as well as mental well being. Programs include tuition reimbursement, mentoring for new teachers and employee assistance services for employee mental and physical health.

Employee Assistance Services - PSD offers employees EAS services to help cope with the demands and stresses of life. EAS staff offer problem-solving strategies and counseling services to help employees with personal issues in a positive healthy manner. National Board for Professional Teaching Standards - PSD educators who begin the national board certification process are reimbursed a percentage by PSD for each component they complete. Current PSD teachers who are NBPTS certified receive an annual stipend as long as they are employed by PSD, certification is active and they meet additional criteria.
