The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is made up of families, community partners and school staff supporting the education of all students. SEAC provides a forum to facilitate the partnership between parents, general education, and the community in 51风流. We represent students with disabilities and advise the special education leadership team, including the director of Integrated Services, on special education topics related to student needs, staff development, and parent involvement. See our guiding document >>.
SEAC goals:
- Advise on issues, ideas, and processes related to special education
- Provide input and support for parent education opportunities
- Increase the knowledge for all parents of students with disabilities regarding special education processes, resources and opportunities
