What it is:
Students, parents and staff can report experiences that negatively impact their education based on race, gender, culture, religious belief, socio-economic status and sexual orientation.
Examples:
- Discrimination based on culture or ethnicity
- Bullying
- Racial and homophobic slander
- Anti-Semitism
How it works:
- Reports may be anonymous or identifiable.
- Tip and messages are only accepted through the PSD Incident Reporting platform.
- Reports are responded to within three business days (this platform is not monitored 24/7).
Process after a report is made

Student-to-student reports are sent to the director of the Language, Culture and Equity Department to review within three business days.

Student-to-staff reports are sent to the director of the Language, Culture and Equity Department to review within three business days.

Staff-to-staff reports are sent to the Chief Human Resources Officer to review within three business days.
